We recently took our 2012 CRV to Mechanic's Direct for the first time and had a great experience! Our CRV was having a heat issue and after taking it to the local dealership with unsatisfactory results, we found MD through a Google Search. MD conducted the tests needed to determine that this was, unfortunately, a heater core issue and the part would need to be replaced. The gentlemen at the front desk (Matt? I'm the worst with names.), made sure to inform me at each step what we can do next and the likeliness of it being a worst case scenario situation. To get to the HC involves removing almost every piece of the interior from the front seats forward (minus the seats themselves) and MD was able to to get the whole car apart, replace the part, and back together in a day! This was an extremely labor intensive job and putting everything back together took skill to ensure everything would work again. MD took the time to properly do the work and made sure that we would be satisfied with the final fix. Thank you!
