I am amazed at how my experience at Mechanics Direct, already great to begin with, seems to still find ways to get better! Wendy has been a terrific addition to the staff for a while now. And the latest great thing is that the guys in the shop not only noticed that my registration had expired, they took care of getting it registered FOR me before I picked the car up the afternoon of the same day I had brought it in! These days you can get resigned to a reduced level of attention to detail & quality of service, but Mechanics Direct not only holds out against the downward trend, it raises the bar. You're the best! I've been bringing my Hondas to you for over 12 years, and though I have to travel a bit now to get to you, the trip is definitely worth it. I feel lucky to have a mechanic who takes the time to explain what's going on with my car and recommends repairs that should be done now or will probably need to be in the future but doesn't recommend, repair, or charge for anything that simply doesn't need to be done. Your honesty is unusual in today's world and very much appreciated. I have recommended you highly to family, friends, and coworkers and will continue to do so in the future.

Mechanics Direct, Is the most welcome service center that our family has ever dealt with. Friendly, professional, prompt and superior service. I was recommended by a friend in fact I rec'd a free taxi service and have been here ever since. I can't say enough about the shop, I live in NH but work in Mass and even though there is a tax I aprreciate the service and feel its well worth my time deal with a professional shop such as this. There was a flaw in one of the installed parts causing rough running the next day. The shop took me in the following day and immediately replaced the parts at no cost.
