Had an awesome experience with this shop. It is so hard to find someone reliable, knowledgeable and genuine, especially with a Mercedes Benz! Not only was the service on the car fantastic the customer service was EXCELLENT. From fair pricing and a clear diagnosis to providing a rental car on site from the initial phone call through the repairs I was met with patience and fabulous service. I will absolutely be a return customer!

Great service very knowledgeable on Honda - did the work we needed and we got our car back that afternoon. We were referred by a friend who has gone there for many years. They do have loaners as well - we didn't need this time. Showed us the worn out parts so you know the work is legit. We have Honda and Subaru - will bring both cars there from now on. Very satisfied - no nickel and diming (even fixed one of those annoying lights on our dash at N/C).

Dropped my car off at 7:30 and in no time my oil change was done and I got it at a discount and will be receiving a rebate gift card from Mobil. All is good!!

I've been a customer of Mitchell's for 20 years. Mitchell and his team do excellent work and explain everything thoroughly. Honest, straight talk. They do not try to 'up-sell' you on extra services. Instead, they give you good advice on what should or shouldn't be done to your vehicle. In fact, I've had Mitchell tell me when it's simply not worth it to put any more money into a vehicle. Great shop.
