I brought my truck previously to another shop, the did not seem confident in their diagnosis. A neighbor had recommended mechanics direct (which I was unfamiliar with). After visiting the other shop and not feelin "right", I brought my vehicle to Mechanics Direct. They had a cause with solution and an estimate Back to me within 1.5 hrs and we're confident they would be able to fix the issue. They explained in detail what needed to be fixed, as well as other items that I may want to consider that were associated with the area being repaired, explaining the pros and cons of doing not doi. Never any pressure, or selling the service, simply pointing out pros/cons. They performed the service and returned the vehicle back timely and 100% complete. The vehicle has run better even since they worked on it. The were honest and sincere and great to deal with. Thanks for such a positive experience! I will go no where else going forward.
